Booking : š Please be sure of appointment as tardiness and cancellations can result in fees š Please select all desired services as I cannot perform what is not booked š Services cancelled during appointment will result in a $15 fee if services cancelled equal $40 or more Deposit : š Deposits act as good faith and are nonrefundable in the event you must cancel š Deposits are applied towards service Tardiness : š There is a 15 minute grace period š 15 - 20 minutes late = $5 fee š 20 minutes late = possible appointment cancellation / $15 late fee š $5 will be deducted from remaining balance for every 15 minutes I am late Cancellations : š Please cancel online or message me š Last minute cancellations (within 12 hours of appointment) will result in 50% charge of services booked Rescheduling : š 1 reschedule per deposit š Please reschedule at least 12 hours prior to appointment time to avoid cancellation fee š It is rare but in the event that I must cancel you will be notified asap and we can discuss either : A - Rescheduling - Receive $15 off rescheduled service + reschedule to soonest date available B - Canceling - Receive a $10 e-giftcard + deposit will be refunded to card on file No-shows : š No-shows will be charged 100% of services booked and (depending on circumstance) prohibited from future booking Payments : š Cash ā¢ Cashapp ā¢ Zelle ā¢ Apple Pay Other Information : š Books open on a monthly basis on the 26TH š Business days & hours may vary month to month š If dates are marked out, it is unavailable but check back as new times can open up š My space is small and intimate so please no additional guests š Please come with time as service times are just estimates š Scheduling before books open is +$5 š Giftcards are available for purchase Updated : DECEMBER 31ST 2024Business Hours
