Please take a moment to read over the following information ✨General Information ✨ Payments - Cash - Card (Gloss Genius charges a small fee for card transactions) Booking - Please book all desired services as last minute add ons are not guaranteed Deposits - Deposits are nonrefundable - Deposits goes towards the total cost of service Tardiness - 10 minutes → grace period - 15 minutes → $10 late charge or possible appointment cancellation - $10 will be deducted from balance if Erin is 30 minutes late. Cancellations / reschedules / no-shows - Please cancel / reschedule at least 12 hours prior to appointed time - Cancellations / reschedules made within 12 hours of appointed time may result in late charges - $15 will be deducted from balance in the rare event Erin must reschedule within 12 hours of appointed time - No-shows will be charged 50% of services booked and banned from future bookings ✨Forever Jewels ✨ - Pieces are hypoallergenic and tarnish-free - Semi-permanent jewelry is custom-fit and clasp-free - Due to the nature of semi-permanent jewelry, all sales are final - Jewelry is intended for everyday wear but should be handled with care - Complimentary chain readjustments are available - Forever Jewels is not liable for lost or broken items or third-party alterations - Repair or replacement fees may apply - Silver collection and group sessions will be available soon ✨Erin Nailed That ✨ - Nails should be clean and free of dirt and oils - Erinnailedthat sets are curated by Erin with your personal style in mind - Erin does not work over others work - New sets require bare nails or a soak off - Service times are gentle estimatesBusiness Hours

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes things come up. We kindly ask that all reschedules and cancellations are made at least 12 hours prior to appointment time.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of appointment time will result in a 50% charge of services booked.
No-shows will be charged 50% of services booked and banned from future bookings.
